WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is a circuit training (that is, exercises are constantly repeated, as if closing in a chain), which consists in performing a certain set of exercises in a minimum amount of time. It differs fundamentally from conventional circuit training.

 CrossFit was originally designed as a complete training facility for the special forces, police and military in the United States. But since 2001, the popularity of the program began to grow, and since then it has been available to everyone.
