Boxing is one of the most popular Olympic sports. Boxing (male and female) has been included in the program of the Olympic Games since 1904. Boxing develops self-confidence, the ability to assess danger, responsibility, and commitment.

The boxing club conducts boxing classes for children from 10 years old. Intensive training under the guidance of an experienced mentor allows you to develop not only the physical strength of the muscles in children and adolescents, but also the strength of mind, courage and endurance. Boxing develops speed, coordination and agility.

Boxing is one of the types of martial arts that helps a child to become more self-confident. Pupils of the boxing section overcome not only their fear of the enemy, but also their fear of any life situations.
Boxing is a fairly safe sport for schoolchildren. It is optimal to start exercising at the age of 10.
In our sports club, training is conducted by an experienced coach who pays attention and support to each student. Novice boxers perform various exercises for general physical development - jumping rope, running, endurance exercises, and, of course, practice the technique of hitting on a special pear.

The boxing section invites children and adults to train. Boxing halls are equipped with exercise machines, pears, equipment for professionals and amateurs.
Depending on your level of training and your needs, we will select the optimal training format for you:

As you get in shape, you will have the opportunity to take part in boxing competitions, which are attended by representatives of our club.

INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP BOXING
Boxing school offers:
- individual and group lessons;
- participation in city and national boxing tournaments;
- personal trainings for the development of a group of punches or boxing tactics;
training with the finalists of the championships of Uzbekistan and international competitions.
Adult learners (beginners and advanced) appreciate the fact that boxing training at our club is focused on practice. Beginners will be able to quickly get fit and fighting skills. Professionals in our club will develop skills and improve the technique of fights.

The training program can be drawn up individually with the trainer, based on the required skills (tactics, developing a sense of distance, increasing the strength and speed of impact). The classes include "shadow boxing", gymnastics, sparring. In addition to teaching boxing as a sport, it is possible to study this martial art with an emphasis on self-defense.

KARATE

Karate for children is a unique phenomenon that combines the opportunity to significantly improve their physical fitness, acquire effective self-defense skills and educate themselves as a highly moral person. Karate is a godsend for a modern child! The child learns with pleasure only what brings him benefit and joy here and now. Abstract knowledge that is not applicable in life is perceived with difficulty and resistance. Classes for children 4-5 years old, built on the basis of studying a simple and, most importantly, understandable karate technique, develop the child physically, with each workout, the child feels stronger, faster, and dexterous.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo - Taekwondo is based on the philosophy of harmonizing the inner energy of a person with the outside world. The main goal of Taekwondo is the formation of a healthy, creative and whole person's personality, harmonious and timely settlement of the conflict through a certain technique and human behavior in an extreme situation. Taekwondo is an Olympic sport.

Wushu

Wushu teaching methods are aimed at upbringing, development and personal improvement. Wushu - translated from Chinese - "martial art". Kung fu (gong fu) - work on oneself, mastery. In the classroom, the goal is not to learn Chinese and philosophy. First of all, it is important to educate a harmoniously developed personality. Through simple tasks and technical elements, the child must improve, not being limited by strict selection frameworks. Wushu includes a huge variety of solutions to a wide variety of problems. In addition to health improvement, the development of spiritual qualities and physical development, 2 areas can be distinguished - sports and traditional.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing is a combat sport that originated in the 1960s. A combination of percussion techniques from various martial arts, the rules of which allow punches and kicks using boxing gloves. Among modern martial arts, kickboxing is distinguished by its high technicality, dynamism and speed.
Kickboxing is a young direction in the martial arts, which is a mixture of classic English boxing and martial arts. 

The benefits of kickboxing lie in the use of different loads that develop:

UFC

The YOUTH FIGHT FIT training class is an activity that targets all aspects of a child's physical and mental abilities, simulating mixed martial arts. Training includes work on boxing bags and practicing combinations of techniques.
Both adults and children will be able to study in sections here. Professional trainers will work with kids. 

  • - Master the basic skills of freestyle wrestling and sambo (throws, wrestling on the ground, painful holds);
  • - fix the basics of the basic elements of protection against common combinations of blows
