The YOUTH FIGHT FIT training class is an activity that targets all aspects of a child's physical and mental abilities, simulating mixed martial arts. Training includes work on boxing bags and practicing combinations of techniques.
Both adults and children will be able to study in sections here. Professional trainers will work with kids. 

MMA is a full contact fight in clinch and parterre. In various incarnations, it has existed since the time of Ancient Greece.
Mixed martial arts classes are held on a group and individual basis. Personal trainings help to work out a specific element of the battle and bring it to perfection (suitable for both beginners, "stuck" at a certain stage, and professionals in preparation for tournaments).
Pupils of our club practice the technique in sparring. A special feature of the school was teaching in several ways of fighting. Ring partners are selected with different physical dimensions, which makes it possible to work out the technique in different situations.

What will you master in 3-4 months of MMA training with us?
- Master the basic skills of freestyle wrestling and sambo (throws, wrestling on the ground, painful holds);
- fix the basics of the basic elements of protection against common combinations of blows
- get acquainted with the attacking elements (passage to the legs, basic percussion technique (hands and feet);
- staging an accented blow;
- the section of mixed martial arts will help to develop fighting intuition and quick reaction;

TRAINING METHODS
The teaching methodology in our school of martial arts is built in the best world traditions of martial arts schools.
After completing the initial training course, the student masters all the necessary basic elements: positions, strikes, movement, defense and combinations.
Then you are free to choose the training program in the fight club. They are selected from several options that best suit his physical and mental qualities, and are analyzed in more detail so that they can be performed “on the machine”.

The Fight Club offers personal and group martial arts classes for men, women and children.
Group training:
1. Warm-up: General physical fitness (jogging, stretching, various physical exercises aimed at warming up the muscles)
2. Additional warm-up exercises: rope, reaction training.
3. Technique Lessons: Basic Concepts of Combat Technique
4. Work in pairs: study and practice of protection, blows and combinations, work with gloves
5. Special exercises: work on pears, practice on paws, exercises with gymnastic apparatus, wall cushion, etc.
6. Gymnastic exercises and strength training.
The total duration of the lesson is 90 minutes. Beginners from 60 minutes depending on physical fitness.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING:
Warm-up, additional exercises, learning techniques, special exercises, work on the paws.
The duration of the lesson is 60 minutes.

The duration of the lesson is 60 minutes. and 90 min. From 2 to 4 people are engaged with a trainer.
Our fight club in Moscow will help you learn how to stand up for yourself and your loved ones.
Classes are possible in a group, mini-group (up to 4 people), as well as individually.

In the sports complex "Yunusabad" section of martial arts. This is a place where parents also participate in the active life of the club with their children. Offsite events are held for competitions in other clubs, for the exchange of experience, open days.
In children who regularly play sports, the incidence is significantly lower than in their peers, since physical activity increases the child's resistance to disease and therefore is the best way to promote health and prevent various diseases.

KARATE

Karate for children is a unique phenomenon that combines the opportunity to significantly improve their physical fitness, acquire effective self-defense skills and educate themselves as a highly moral person. Karate is a godsend for a modern child! The child learns with pleasure only what brings him benefit and joy here and now. Abstract knowledge that is not applicable in life is perceived with difficulty and resistance. Classes for children 4-5 years old, built on the basis of studying a simple and, most importantly, understandable karate technique, develop the child physically, with each workout, the child feels stronger, faster, and dexterous.

TAEKWONDO

Taekwondo - Taekwondo is based on the philosophy of harmonizing the inner energy of a person with the outside world. The main goal of Taekwondo is the formation of a healthy, creative and whole person's personality, harmonious and timely settlement of the conflict through a certain technique and human behavior in an extreme situation. Taekwondo is an Olympic sport.

Wushu

Wushu teaching methods are aimed at upbringing, development and personal improvement. Wushu - translated from Chinese - "martial art". Kung fu (gong fu) - work on oneself, mastery. In the classroom, the goal is not to learn Chinese and philosophy. First of all, it is important to educate a harmoniously developed personality. Through simple tasks and technical elements, the child must improve, not being limited by strict selection frameworks. Wushu includes a huge variety of solutions to a wide variety of problems. In addition to health improvement, the development of spiritual qualities and physical development, 2 areas can be distinguished - sports and traditional.

BOXING

Boxing is one of the most popular Olympic sports. Boxing (male and female) has been included in the program of the Olympic Games since 1904. Boxing develops self-confidence, the ability to assess danger, responsibility, and commitment.

Kickboxing is a young direction in the martial arts, which is a mixture of classic English boxing and martial arts.
