What are the benefits of taekwondo specifically for children
Oriental martial arts is a very entertaining sport. But the main advantage is the complex development of the child. During classes, the child is taught not only to hit and break boards, but to remain calm and restrained in a battle, and therefore in a stressful situation. It is not easy enough not only to strike, but to do it correctly, technically and so as not to injure the enemy. Mastering a mastery involves total control of the body and thoughts, and strikes are delivered to the upper half of the body, including the head. The accuracy of execution is assessed. Only the arms and legs are protected.

Taekwondo destinations This martial art is native to Korea. It represents a whole system of training, both spiritual and self-defense techniques. The fight itself in the taekwondo technique is a series of punches and kicks, jumps and blocks. The weapon is not used.
Major versions:
• ITF,
• WTF,

ITF
This federation was founded by Choi Hong Hee in March 1966. It was a general of the North Korean army. The title obtained in the competitions of this version is highly regarded and considered a significant achievement in the world of sports.
During the competition, strikes are not taken as such. The judges fix the touches. Despite the seeming "lightness" of the requirements, this is a rather traumatic version of the competition. The point is that blows to the head have the highest score. This is aggravated by the very meager protective ammunition on athletes - only the shins, hands and jaws are protected.

WTF
This version appeared in South Korea in the last millennium around the 70s. It is included in the list of Olympic sports. Popular in many countries.
The difference in this version is the prohibition of punches. Kicking is only allowed on the upper body. The blows are biting in nature, quite intense series. During the competition, athletes wear a special impact-fixing vest.
