SWIMMING

     The water sports palace is open for training and competitions of the Federation of Uzbekistan and for training the country's sports reserve, as well as for the population. Starting bollards, dividing bands, flagpoles, ladders, bottom and end wall markings, pool bowls fully comply with the requirements of the International Swimming Federation (FINA). In 2020, the Water Sports Palace was renovated. On the basis of the swimming pool of the “Yunusabad” sports complex, members of the country's national swimming and diving teams, pupils of sports schools and sports teams of various organizations are engaged. And also sports and fitness groups for swimming and diving are working for children. The water temperature in the pool ranges from 24-28 degrees. The Aquatics Palace includes: - The first large swimming pool measuring 50x20 meters, with a depth of 2 meters. Change of tracks according to the schedule of 50 meters and 20 meters. The large pool consists of 10 corridors and has a filtration system (Germany). - The second pool, 5 meters deep and 20x20 in size, is designed for jumping from a platform (5, 7 and 10 meters) and trampolines (1 and 3 meters), as well as for synchronized swimming. - Changing rooms with lockers and separate showers. - Sauna for 8-10 people. All conditions have been created in the modern WATERSPORT PALACE, fully adapted to the climatic conditions of our country. It is also worth noting the presence of water treatment, heating systems, equipment for maintaining a moderate temperature in the room. In order to take care of you and the health of your children, a separate medical office is equipped. Children who train at the Water Sports Palace are not only healthy and have good athletic training, they will also participate in local and international competitions and win prizes. In addition, there is a gym, located on the 2nd floor, equipped with professional strength, cardio and pneumatic equipment. In the Palace of Water Sports and in the gym, classes are held both on a group basis and on an individual basis with qualified instructors. The entrance to the pool consists of a large hall where all visitors can sit, relax and watch TV.
