The leading place in our sports complex is occupied by a professionally equipped gym. Gyms are conventionally divided into several zones: cardio zone, block exercise equipment, squat racks, free weights zone. In each club of the sports complex, there are different types of simulators for each muscle group. Many of the simulators are duplicated, which allows during the "peak" hours, with a large number of people engaged in the gym, to train with the necessary time intervals between sets, without getting "in line" to the desired simulator. There is always an instructor on duty in the hall, ready to provide you with qualified assistance and support at any moment. You can always ask the instructor for answers to questions about improving the quality of the exercises performed. The gym can be used by people of absolutely any age category: from schoolchildren to the elderly. For girls, we can offer sports training in aerobics. Aerobic exercise will improve your endurance and tone your muscles. We have everything you need to improve your physical performance. Personal training Personal training is the fastest and most effective way to achieve your fitness goals. Under the guidance of an experienced mentor, you will learn to hear your body and achieve the desired results. Education and experience The coach has a higher education in sports.
