• Kickboxing is a combat sport that originated in the 1960s. A combination of percussion techniques from various martial arts, the rules of which allow punches and kicks using boxing gloves. Among modern martial arts, kickboxing is distinguished by its high technicality, dynamism and speed. Kickboxing is a young direction in the martial arts, which is a mixture of classic English boxing and martial arts.

By attending training in our club, you will in a short time comprehend shock and protective techniques, learn to control your body. The main task of the battle is to unbalance the opponent for the subsequent delivery of an accurate strike. Classes in the kickboxing section for adults allow you to work out in detail all the elements of martial arts: jumps and blocks, dives, sweeps and throws. In 4-5 months of training, you will fully master: basic elements of defense and attack; straight and unwinding punches from close and long distances (uppercut, jab, punch, hook and swing); powerful, swift kicking technique (back kick, crescent kick, side kick); basic kickboxing styles, distinguished by the amount of contact in sparring (elements of light and full contact); technique of knockout blow. CHILDREN'S KICKBOXING SECTION Kickboxing reduces the child's aggressiveness. Surprising but true. Young fighters learn to control themselves, respect friends and older comrades, develop discipline and independence. The section is constantly recruiting children from 8 years old. After a trial session, your coach will help you set up an exercise program to develop speed, endurance, and punching power. Classes are held in a spacious, comfortable gym with all the necessary equipment (tatami, pears).
