After completing the initial training course, the student masters all the necessary basic elements: positions, strikes, movement, defense and combinations. Then you are free to choose the training program in the fight club. They are selected from several options that best suit his physical and mental qualities, and are analyzed in more detail so that they can be performed “on the machine”. The Fight Club offers personal and group martial arts classes for men, women and children. Group training: 1. Warm-up: General physical fitness (jogging, stretching, various physical exercises aimed at warming up the muscles) 2. Additional warm-up exercises: rope, reaction training. 3. Technique Lessons: Basic Concepts of Combat Technique 4. Work in pairs: study and practice of protection, blows and combinations, work with gloves 5. Special exercises: work on pears, practice on paws, exercises with gymnastic apparatus, wall cushion, etc. 6. Gymnastic exercises and strength training. This is a place where parents also participate in the active life of the club with their children. Offsite events are held for competitions in other clubs, for the exchange of experience, open days. In children who regularly play sports, the incidence is significantly lower than in their peers, since physical activity increases the child's resistance to disease and therefore is the best way to promote health and prevent various diseases.
